EAMCET 2012 Management Quota Online Admission – EAMCET 2012 Category B Admission - Engineering Management Quota seats to be filled online – Online Counselling for EAMCET 2012 Management Quota Admissions
All the Students who Aspires for Admission to Various Undergraduate Programs through Management Quota Admissions are hereby informed that the Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education APSCHE has Published the Instructions and Guidelines for EAMCET 2012 Management Quota Admissions.
Guidelines for EAMCET 2012 Online Management Quota Admissions 2012 :
1. Students must Send the Applications Online. Students are Requested to Visit the Webiste http://apsche.cgg.gov.in for Applying Online for Category B Admissions 2012.
2. The student can view all the colleges at a glance by clicking on the colleges menu.
3.By clicking on the college selected, the student can view the seat distribution branch wise and also the application registration fee to be paid and also tuition fee payable.
4. By clicking APPLY ONLINE menu button, the application form for that collegeappears on the screen and the student has to fill up all the details in the form. The student can give the order of preference for various branches offered by the college.
5. The student has to pay the application registration fee as required for that college and also user charges of Rs.70/- to CGG through the online facility (Net banking) or by cash (in any of the AP Online centres).
6. Payment of application registration fee and the user charges :
The portal provides two types of payment:
- Net Banking: Candidates who have an online bank account can make payment through the net banking system. They will be taken to the bank portal to make payments using their user ID and password. 6
- Manual Payment: A candidate will first take a print out of the application form and visit any of the AP Online Centers (list is available in the portal) to make the payment by the end of the next working day of registration. Upon making the payment, the AP Online center will give a receipt in confirmation. Once the payment is made, the application is automatically confirmed for that college.
7. Failure to pay the application registration fee and user charges by the end of the next day of registration, the application form will be automatically deleted. The candidate will have to apply afresh again.
8. A student has to apply separately for each college by paying the requisite application registration fee for that college and user charges.
9. After the successful submission of application form an online acknowledgment is available with a unique ID number. This will also be sent to the email ID of the student.
10. Selected candidates can download their provisional allotment letters issued by the college Management from the portal
11. A candidate must have the following details ready for registering online for category B seats:
-> Name and address details
-> Qualifying examination details –
- if from outside the states along with marks memo to be scanned and uploaded.
- if from state of Andhra Pradesh Intermediate or its equivalent examination details
-> AIEEE-2012 rank letter – to be scanned and uploaded
-> EAMCET-2012 Hall ticket and Rank card
-> Photograph - to be scanned and uploaded (50 kb of size 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm – jpg format)
-> Payment of application registration fee as prescribed by the college and user charges to be made either through net banking or by cash in any of the AP Online Centers.
