NIIT 2013 Fee Refund Rules & Procedure
Students who applied for NIIT 2013 Admissions and Aspires to Refund their Fee are hereby informed that the NIIT University has Published the Rules to Refund of Security Fee Deposited for Admission. All Students who want to get their Initial Fee Refund must follow the Rules and Process Menctioned Below.
Refund of Interest-Free Security Deposit
The deposit amount will be refunded to the student on completion of the four- year programme subject to any deductions on account of any books not returned to the library or any damages caused to the equipment and infrastructure of the University, etc.
Refund of Semester/Annual/Lump Sum Fees
Any amount paid will be refunded subject to a deduction of INR15, 000 (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) towards processing charges. Students can request for refund before the commencement of the programme.

To request refund,
- Send a written application stating the reason for refund.
- The application should be duly signed by both the student and a parent and should include an identity proof of the applicant, admission offer letter and payment receipt.
- The application can be downloaded from our website www.niituniverty.in.
- The applicant should be available for a face-to-face exit PCI, if required by the university.
Note: No email requests for refunds will be entertained.
Once the refund application is received, the admission will be withdrawn.
Processing Time
The refund will be processed within six weeks of receiving the request and the same being accepted by the University.
Refund of EAD Acceptance Fee
The EAD Acceptance fee of INR 15,000 (applicable for candidates admitted under EAD) is non-refundable.
