GITAM University Bangalore Campus Admission Notification 2012 – 2013 is Out All the Students who aspires to Various Undergraduate B.Tech Program at GITAM University Bangalore Campus can check the Admission For the Academic year 2012 – 2013 in GITAM University Bangalore Campus.  All the Students who applied for GITAM University Bangalore Campus Admissions 2012 are hereby informed to Attend the Counselling at the GITAM University Bangalore Campus on 10th October 2012. Certificates to be Submitted at the time of GITAM University Counselling :  The candidates are required to bring the following Original Certificates with two sets of photocopies and two Passport size photos.  Rank Card – 2012 (GAT / JEE / AIEEE / KCET / EAMCET/ etc.)  X Class or Equivalent pass certificate  10+2 / Intermediate marks statement and Pass Certificate.  Transfer, Study and Conduct Certificates.  Integrated Community Certificate in case of SC/ST.  Medical Certificate from not below the rank of a Civil Surgeon in case of Ph.C Candidates.  Residence Certificate from competent authority (at least for a period of 5 years) for claiming local category GITAM University Bangalore Campus B.Tech Counselling Important Points :  1. Counseling Call Letters will not be sent to the candidates. 2. The selected candidates shall pay the university fee immediately in the form of challan at Bank counter available in counseling centre or Demand Draft in favor of GITAM University, payable at Bengaluru. 3. If the candidate fails to pay the fee after allotment of the seat, the seat will be cancelled automatically without any notice. The candidate will not be given any extension of time to pay the university fee. 4. Mere attending the counseling does not confer right for admission to candidate. 5. The university is not responsible for delay in receipt or loss of application. 6. In all matters in the process of admissions, the decision of the Vice-Chancellor will be final. All disputes pertaining to B.Tech. Admissions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Visakhapatnam.
